Questions

Asked before most first calls

Do I need a lawyer for a tenant problem?

Not always. Many problems can be settled directly with the tenant, and we encourage that. When it has to go to the Board, one small clerical error on a notice or application can cause a costly delay, or mean starting over.

How are your fees set?

Individual services, such as a notice, an application or a hearing, are priced separately. Set retainers are available for full matters. You are told the fee before any work starts.

Where do you work?

The office is in Mississauga, and we act for clients across Ontario.

Every month of delay is another month of rent.
